Project Nicaragua’s Executive is managed by Executive Directors doing various roles. These roles are supplemented by Officers and/or Administrative Assistants. Committees are formed as and when (ex. Organizing a fundraiser). Everyone works together as a team, regardless of job function or title.
Project Nicaragua is a youth-led volunteer dynamic, progressive organization, its executive does not all reside in one specific city. Most often, communication between executive members is done through email, conference calls and Skype.
